In the information age, knowledge is power. This mini-course teaches participants to wield that power by writing effective reports. They research an issue, gather and organize information, and focus and plan their reports. They draft an executive summary, an effective body, and a closing that recaps their findings. They even learn strategies for revising and editing their documents. Along the way, they get templates to help them write reports on the job, and upon successful completion, receive 0.5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
You can provide as much or as little oversight as you wish. Track participants' scores on the final quiz or drill down to individual responses in activities. You can also brand this mini-course with your own title, organization name, and logo, which appear on participant materials and the final certification for 0.5 CEU.
