Requesting a Course Refund

If you are unhappy with an online course you have purchased from the Write for Business website, you can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. Just contact us, providing the following:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The subject line "Refund Request"
  • The course URL
  • The date of purchase
  • The method of payment you used for the initial purchase

Most refunds are returned via the original payment method. If another person (for example, a facilitator or instructor) purchased your course access from the Write for Business website, please ask that individual to request the refund.

Reasons for Denial of Refund

Refund requests will not be honored in the following situations:

  • The request arrives more than 7 days after the initial purchase.
  • The request comes from a person who did not purchase access from the Write for Business website.
  • The person requesting the refund has already completed the course.
  • The individual has submitted refund requests for multiple courses over an extended time period (abusing the refund policy).
  • The request comes from a bot, a hacking attempt, or another fraudulent source.
