Grammar for Professionals

Welcome! This online course targets the most common and serious errors in workplace writing. It uses a sentence-composing approach to grammar. Instead of learning rules in isolation, you’ll use them right away in your own writing.

This course will help you write complete, correct, and clear sentences; use parallel structure; write in the active voice; and avoid sentence errors. You’ll also review punctuation, capitalization, and commonly confused words—and much more.

You'll read instruction and examples, watch videos, complete activities, take quizzes, and measure your learning with pre- and post-assessments. Upon successful completion of this course, you'll receive certification for 1.5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
