Each facilitator license includes 1 participant seat. After purchase, you can add more seats by going to “My Library.”
This mini-course teaches your participants specific strategies for each step in the problem-solving process. They'll learn to analyze problems, discover causes and effects, brainstorm ways to eliminate them, and plan and propose solutions. They will prototype, evaluate, and improve their solutions and then implement them for real change.
Explanations, examples, and videos teach key concepts, and digital activities for writing and editing help participants practice what they learn. Upon successful completion, they receive certification for 0.5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
In your Library, you set up your class roster and can even brand the mini-course however you like. In class or online, you can project lessons onto a screen, lead participants through instruction and examples, and show videos. Afterward, participants complete activities, and the program grades and tracks their progress, letting you drill down to individual responses.
