This mini-course teaches your participants the art and science of writing persuasively in business. They will learn how to appeal to readers and understand their needs using a problem-solving approach. They'll craft a clear main point and use the AIDA formula to build their persuasive messages. Participants will also revise and edit their work to make it convincing and correct, and learn to use persuasive templates.

Explanations, examples, and videos teach key concepts, and digital activities for writing and editing help participants practice what they learn. Upon successful completion, they receive certification for 0.5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

In your Library, you set up your class roster and can even brand the mini-course however you like. In class or online, you can project lessons onto a screen, lead participants through instruction and examples, and show videos. Afterward, participants complete activities, and the program grades and tracks their progress, letting you drill down to individual responses.
