The Writing for Results course helps participants write effective documents, whether to explain a topic, give instructions, or persuade readers. Results-oriented writing empowers participants to do their jobs more quickly and easily, getting the results they want.
You can easily pace this course: spend 10 minutes teaching the lesson on the left-hand page, give participants 10 minutes to complete the activity on the right-hand page, and spend 10 minutes afterward discussing their answers. Then move to the next lesson. A PowerPoint lets you teach right from the screen, and pre- and post-assessments track learning.
